Gun Storage Solutions is a totally different type of product than Benchmaster and is designed to maximize the space inside your safe by using creative solutions to store pistol holsters in places you never though possible. What I like most about Gun Storage Solutions is that all products are made in the USA and are vinyl. This makes a huge difference as the Vinyl doesn’t wear down like the Chinese Epoxy wax and their Rifle Rod products are made with ABS Plastic. they truly care about the customer’s experience with the product, even if it means less profit.
Gun Storage Solutions also boasts a large product line of over 15 different products. I truly didn’t think someone could come up with 15 different ideas of products to maximize storage in your safe, but GSS got it done.
Where GSS is a little weak in the knees is their warranty. Their website says all products must be returned within 30 days and no returns are accepted after 90 days. They make zero mention of any type of warranty which to me means you don’t have one. Considering their products aren’t high use or easily broken, this isn’t a huge concern, but from my perspective, why wouldn’t you offer a lifetime warranty on something that should never break.

Definitely different from the Benchmaster lineup, with Hyskore racks you’ll immediately notice a reduction in quality.
First, Hyskore does not use the same type of polyethylene foam as Benchmaster, but a closed cell foam that they claim does not absorb moisture or lubricants. Unfortunately, many users have noticed that over time the material they use leaves a discoloration on the barrel. While it wipes off easily, it may not over time and so it’s recommended that you check and clean your pistols regularly. This can be a royal pain in the ass as you buy the damn rack to store it in your safe so that you don’t have to clean and check on it regularly. There are also several complaints of the foam being too flimsy as there are no plastic dividers to uphold the integrity of the foam. The lack of plastic dividers also causes the guns to bang into each other as there is no rigidity to the foam.
As far as I can see, there are two foam racks that are both modular (so you can add and remove additional gun placements as needed) and one wire rack that looks like a total piece of shit.
Hyskore also makes no mention of their warranty process which means they don’t have one. So in summary, lower quality, very small selection and no warranty places the Hyskore brand 3rd on my list of top handgun and pistol racks.
